Helping women and children, past, present, and in the future.
"There was so much fear back then. Things are different now, I have changed. All of you ladies at the A&A Alexandrina Center and the ultrasound helped me so much, Thank you!"

"Here I am, 4 years later, happy and healthy and waiting at the door to show you my appreciation, to tell you how wonderful you are; how important you are, how grateful we are."

"When I first came to the center, I was undecided on whether I wanted to keep my baby or not. I was leaning more towards the options of abortion or adoption. But after talking with the ladies who work here, especially a very nice and sincere lady named Ellen, I decided to keep my baby. Ellen did an ultrasound on me, and I was able to see my baby at just 7 weeks! Once I saw my baby’s heartbeat on the monitor a rush of love and gratitude entered my soul, and I knew that this child was meant to bring joy and happiness. Ellen even stayed quite a bit of time after her shift to talk and pray with me. I am forever grateful for her generosity and to all the ladies that are doing wonderful thing at this center. THANK YOU soooo much! And thank you for the gift bag with all the goodies for the baby! That blew my mind and was unexpected. : )"

"I just met Angie this morning. She did explain to me everything related to the adoption process. She also gave me the documents with all the details. It's kind of hard for me to make the decision right away so i told her to give me some time. I am not sure that i can make it. However, I remember everything you talked to me the other day, i won't do abortion anymore. I have to fight with myself about keeping the baby to raise him/her up or giving away to somebody else. Whatever it is, i want to say thank you to you for the things you did for me. It means a lot to me that you don't even know. Thank you, Ellen! You're such a sweetest and kindest person. I appreciate you. God bless you! Have a nice day. Love you

"Hi, I hope you're doing well today. I just met the lady at Bona Hall this morning. She did explain to me everything related to adoption process. She also gave me the documents with all the details. "It never ceases to amaze me the people God sends to us. Recently a mom came to get diapers and clothes for her new baby. She hadn't been in for several years. I was in the process of updating her chart and she told me she had a stillborn baby 6 months before and was having a hard time dealing with it. We talked about trusting God and accepting His will. We talked quite awhile, cried and shared experiences. She felt that she needed to start going to church with her husband and teach the older children about God. I sent her home with several appropriate prayers and the book "Holy Moments." God is so good!
I am in awe the way God is running our Center! When we start the day off asking the Holy Spirit to bless our work, He never fails us! After my interaction with a client, many times I ask myself, "Why did I say that?," "What made me ask that question?" or, "What brought that topic up?" But then I know it was the Holy Spirit guiding the conversation. Thank you God!"

"A woman walked very slowly to our front desk and just stood there. Finally she said "I just don't know what to do." Her story was one of many troubles, but her greatest concern was the paternity of the baby she was carrying. Through just verbalizing her story she was able to put things in better perspective. The ultrasound confirmed she was very early in her pregnancy, to her joy. She was invited to return with her boyfriend for him to see the baby."

"A new client had called in to schedule an ultrasound. She was very early in her pregnancy, but the person taking the call felt something in her voice that told her to schedule it soon. The day she arrived she was very quiet and reserved giving no more than simple responses to the questions on the admitting form. When she replied "yes" to previous abortions we stopped there and focused on talking about healing after abortion. Only then did she opened up and told her story. I offered her our post abortion counseling service and other resources. Her comment was, "I didn't know any of this."

"A young mom came in to pick up her monthly diapers. She just stood there for a moment and then tears started to roll down her cheeks. "I just wanted to thank you because without you guys I don't know how I would make it. It's so hard to be a single mom and do this on your own. Pretty soon we were all crying because her words were so heartfelt. We assured her she was the hero raising those kids as a single mom."
